Payments on Outreach Rangers are processed by ACG Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd, the merchant of record for the platform, through Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or financial information on our servers. All payment data is handled securely by the payment processor in accordance with its privacy policy and PCI-DSS standards.

• To facilitate account creation and the logon process.
• To process transactions between Buyers and Sellers.
• To send administrative information, such as order updates and security alerts.
• To protect our platform from fraud and abuse.

We share information between Buyers and Sellers only to the extent necessary to complete a purchase (e.g., target URLs and anchor text). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
• Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay — payment processing, via ACG Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd as merchant of record.

Each provider processes data only as needed to provide its service to us, under its own security and privacy commitments.

We use only essential cookies — the ones required to keep you signed in and keep your session secure. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the platform. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where required.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Order, wallet, and transaction records are retained after account closure for as long as we are legally required to keep them for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. Data that is no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymized.

Our infrastructure providers store and process data primarily in the United States, and Outreach Rangers serves users worldwide — so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where required (for example for users in the EU/EEA and UK), transfers rely on our providers' safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
