Terms of Service | Outreach Rangers

1. Agreement to Terms

Outreach Rangers is operated by Outreach Rangers LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States("Outreach Rangers", "we", "us").

By accessing or using Outreach Rangers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the platform. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement, and that any business information you provide is accurate.

2. Marketplace Roles

A. Buyers

Buyers are individuals or entities looking to purchase backlink placements. When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate target URLs and anchor text.

B. Sellers (Publishers)

Sellers are website owners who list their sites for backlink placements. Sellers must own the websites they list or have explicit permission to represent them. Sellers agree to keep backlinks live for the duration specified in the listing.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments on the platform are processed by ACG Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd, the merchant of record for Outreach Rangers LLC, through Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay. Depending on your payment method, the charge on your card or account statement may appear under ACG Digital Marketing Pvt Ltd rather than Outreach Rangers. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms of service of the payment processor used.

A. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. User Obligations

Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the promotion of adult content, gambling, or hate speech, unless explicitly permitted by the platform settings and local laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Outreach Rangers acts as a marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers. We are not responsible for the quality of the backlinks provided by Sellers or the impact on your search engine rankings.

6. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, attempts to move transactions off-platform to avoid escrow, lists websites it does not control, or engages in fraud or abuse. On termination, pending orders are resolved under the Refund Policy, and lawfully earned publisher balances remain payable after standard checks.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on the platform or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Outreach Rangers after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@outreachrangers.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally — most issues between buyers and sellers are resolved through the platform's Resolution Center. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
